Shipping, Delivery, and Returns Policy
Thank you for choosing our services. We aim to make your purchase experience straightforward and satisfactory by providing clear guidelines on our shipping and returns processes. Please read our policies carefully to understand how we manage orders and shipments.

Shipping Guidelines
- Delivery Times: Orders generally ship within 3-5 business days unless affected by stock availability or peak periods. We will notify you if shipping is expected to be delayed.
- Shipping Area Exclusions: Shipping is available across the contiguous U.S. but does not include PO Boxes, military addresses, or the states of Alaska and Hawaii.
- Shipping Modifications: Once an order has shipped, we cannot change the delivery address. Orders returned due to an incorrect address will incur a return fee as outlined in our returns policy.
- Freight and Curbside Delivery: Larger items ship via freight and are delivered curbside. The delivery team will not move items beyond the curb; planning for further transportation and installation is the responsibility of the customer.
Receiving Your Order
- Delivery Inspection: It is critical to inspect your order upon delivery. If there are any issues, such as incorrect sizes or damaged items, these must be noted with the delivery personnel and on the shipping documents immediately.
- Damage Protocol: If you notice any damage, document it on the delivery receipt and refuse delivery of damaged items only. You must report these issues within five days to facilitate a resolution, such as a refund or exchange.
Order Processing & Confirmation
- Acknowledgment: Upon placing an order, you confirm understanding and agreement with our policies. You will receive an order confirmation email which signifies the receipt of your order and the pre-authorization of your payment.
- Stock Check and Backorders: We check the availability of items immediately after your order is placed. If items are ready for shipment, we will process the payment and prepare your order for shipping. If any items are backordered, we will inform you via email and will not proceed without your confirmation, allowing you to cancel the order if you do not wish to wait.
Cancellations & Returns
- Cancellation Policy: Orders can be canceled within one hour of placement. We strive to accommodate cancellations but can only guarantee them if the request is made within this window.
- Return Procedures: Non-custom and non-freight items can be returned within 30 days if they are in original condition and packaging. A restocking fee of 25%, and any applicable shipping fees,credit card processing fee, will be deducted from the refund.
- Refund Processing: After the return is received and inspected, refunds will be processed and issued to the original payment method minus applicable fees.
Additional Information
- Professional Installation: For selected products, professional installation can be arranged for an additional fee. It’s important to ensure that the item fits through your entryways and in the intended space as we cannot accept returns due to size issues.
- Color Accuracy and Legal Disclaimers: Please note that due to variations in monitor settings, colors may appear differently online than in person. We recommend requesting a sample if color accuracy is critical to your decision.
