Align Pilates Warranty Policy
Warranty Coverage
Align Pilates is committed to providing high-quality products and stands behind the durability of its reformers with a comprehensive warranty program. The warranty policy outlined below applies to Align Pilates reformers purchased through authorized retailers and distributors.
Warranty Duration:
- Align Reformers come with a 2-year warranty from the date of purchase. This warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship that occur during normal use.
Specific Product Coverage
- R8 Model: The R8 reformer features a new Light Commercial Warranty, specifically tailored for light commercial use, offering robust coverage under typical usage conditions in such environments.
- F3 and H1 Models: The F3 and H1 reformers are designed for home use and are not covered under warranty for commercial use. These models are best suited for personal or family home use.
General Warranty Exclusions
This warranty does not cover:
- Normal wear and tear.
- Damage resulting from improper use, accidents, or alterations.
- Damage from using accessories and parts not authorized by Align Pilates.
- Costs associated with the transportation, removal, or installation of the product.
Maintenance & Care
To ensure the longevity and optimal performance of your Align Pilates reformer:
- Regular Maintenance: Conduct basic maintenance and cleaning regularly. Most issues with reformers can be resolved through routine, simple cleaning practices which maintain the integrity and functionality of the equipment.
Private Pilates Warranty Policy
Warranty Coverage
Private Pilates warrants that its products shall be free from manufacturing defects and delivered in high-quality condition. Each piece of equipment is pre-assembled and independently tested to meet rigorous standards.
Warranty Duration:
- Wearable Parts: 90-day warranty on wearable parts including foot straps, handles, vinyl, etc.
- Mainframe: 10-year warranty on the mainframe.
- General Product Warranty: Expires two (2) years after the invoice date of the purchase, covering all pieces of equipment.
Notification Requirement:
Customers must notify Private Pilates within 5 business days of discovering any damaged parts. Any defect or deformity must be reported as soon as possible, and not later than 8 days from the date of delivery.
Warranty Exclusions:
The warranty does not apply if:
- The equipment has been subject to accident, neglect, misuse, abuse, or deterioration beyond normal wear and tear.
- The products are incorrectly installed or installed by non-qualified persons.
- Original parts have been replaced with non-original parts.
- The equipment is not in the possession of its original buyer.
- Damages such as rips, cuts, burns, stains, or damages from unapproved cleaning materials, atmospheric conditions, or improper use are observed.
Claims and Repairs:
If a defect is confirmed, Private Pilates will repair or replace the defective part or entire piece as necessary. Repaired or replaced parts will retain their warranty for the remaining original period. Shipping damages and costs are not covered under the warranty.
Indemnity and Limitations:
The warranty does not authorize compensation for direct or indirect damages caused to persons or objects.
Material Availability:
Repairs or replacements will use the same material if available, or a similar material if not.
Shipping Damage:
Damages during shipping are covered by insurance agreed upon between Private Pilates and the shipping carrier. Sign shipments as "I accept with reservation" and note any issues on the transport documents.
Legal Notification Requirement:
All issues must be communicated within 8 days of delivery as required by law.

SPECIFIC LEGAL RIGHTS
This limited warranty grants you specific legal rights, and you may have additional rights that vary from state to state.
WARRANTY COVERAGE
We guarantee that during the warranty period, the product will be free from defects in materials and workmanship.
Our responsibility for defective goods is limited to repair, replacement, or refund as outlined in this limited warranty.
To the extent not prohibited by law, this limited warranty is exclusive and supersedes all other warranties, whether oral, written, statutory, express, or implied. Except for the express warranties in this limited warranty, and to the extent not prohibited by law, we disclaim all other warranties, including implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. Some states do not allow disclaimers of implied warranties, so this disclaimer may not apply to you. Where such warranties cannot be disclaimed, we limit the duration and remedies of such warranties to the duration of this express limited warranty. Some states do not allow limitations on the duration of implied warranties, so this limitation may not apply to you.
WHO IS COVERED BY THIS WARRANTY?
Bodynetworx Worldwide, LLC extends this limited warranty only to the original consumer who purchased the product. It does not cover any subsequent owner or transferee of the product.
WHAT IS COVERED?
This limited warranty becomes effective on the invoice date of the original purchase and extends for the periods specified below. Parts repaired or replaced under this warranty will follow the original warranty period. We may change the availability of this limited warranty at our discretion, but any changes will not be retroactive.
We guarantee our products will be free from defects in material or workmanship for the duration of the applicable warranty period. If you believe your product is defective and covered by this limited warranty, follow the return procedure outlined in this warranty.
Defective parts covered by this warranty will be repaired, replaced, or refunded at the sole discretion of Bodynetworx under the following terms:
- The defect is due to a manufacturing or material defect.
- The part has been used only for its intended purpose, and safety, usage, and maintenance guidelines have been followed.
- The defect is not due to wear and tear, scratches, tears, stains, misuse, unauthorized modifications, unauthorized repair, or failure to comply with instructions.
- The defect is not due to exposure to cosmetic oils or chemicals, harsh chemicals, bleach, industrial fallout, chemical fallout, tree sap, sand, mud, salt, or other abrasive natural or chemical causes.
- The defect is not due to submergence in water, indoor flooding, or fire damage.
- The part is owned by the original retail purchaser, and proof of purchase is provided. The warranty is not transferable.
- The claim is made within the proper warranty period.
WHAT IS NOT COVERED?
This limited warranty does not cover any damage due to:
- Transportation
- Storage
- Improper use
- Failure to follow product instructions or perform preventive maintenance
- Modifications
- Unauthorized repair
- Normal wear and tear
- External causes such as accidents, abuse, or other events beyond our reasonable control
PERIOD OF COVERAGE
Ten Year Warranty
- Covers the frame and structural components for barrels (Ladder Barrel, Spine Corrector), chairs (Wunda Chair, F2 Chair), wall system products (Wall Unit, Wall Tower, Ped-A-Pul), and Reformer gear bar and footbar mechanisms.
Two Year Warranty
- Covers springs and mechanical components.
Ninety Day Warranty
- Covers upholstered parts, ropes, straps, and loops. This does not include wear-and-tear, stains, indentations, scratches, or defects arising from abuse or use of harsh chemical cleansers. If identical fabric is unavailable, an equivalent will be provided.
REMEDIES UNDER THIS WARRANTY
For any defective product during the warranty period described above, we will, at our sole discretion, repair or replace the product (or the defective part) or refund the purchase price.
OBTAINING WARRANTY SERVICE
To obtain warranty service, email Customer Service at info@pilateselegance.com during the warranty period to obtain a Return Authorization (RA) number. No warranty service will be provided without an RA number.
LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
The remedies described above are your sole and exclusive remedies and our entire liability for any breach of this limited warranty. Our liability shall under no circumstances exceed the actual amount paid by you for the defective product, nor shall we under any circumstances be liable for any consequential, incidental, special, or punitive damages or losses, whether direct or indirect. Some states do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitation or exclusion may not apply to you.
Elina Pilates Warranty Policy
The Company guarantees that all new equipment is free from manufacturing defects in both workmanship and materials, according to the conditions outlined below. This warranty is effective from the invoice date of the original purchase. Any parts repaired or replaced under this warranty will remain covered for the duration of the original warranty period. It is the purchaser's responsibility to update the Company with any changes in contact information to ensure prompt communication in the event of a replacement or safety notice.
Warranty Coverage:
This warranty applies under the following conditions:
- The equipment is in the possession of the original purchaser, with proof of purchase.
- Claims are made within the part-specific warranty period.
- Required upgrades are completed as mandated by the Company.
Warranty Exclusions:
This warranty is void if:
- Safety, maintenance, and usage guidelines specified in the equipment manuals are not followed.
- The equipment is used for purposes other than intended, stored, or used outdoors, or in environments without proper climate/humidity control.
- An At-Home Reformer is used in commercial settings such as Pilates studios, fitness or health clubs, gyms, spas, or any facility offering fitness services to the public.
- The equipment has been subjected to accidents, misuse, abuse, improper service, or unauthorized modifications.
- Springs on spring-loaded equipment are not changed every two (2) years.
This warranty does not cover:
- Damage to the equipment's finish.
- Shipping charges, customs clearance fees (if applicable), or installation costs for repaired or replacement parts.
Company's Responsibility:
The Company will, at its discretion, repair or replace warranted parts if a defect in workmanship or materials is reported within the warranty period.
Warranty Periods by Equipment:
Commercial Reformers
- Lifetime warranty on aluminum rails, frame components, welding, and Footbar mechanisms (excluding Comfort Footbar).
At Home Reformers
- Lifetime warranty on aluminum rails, frame components, welding, and Footbar mechanisms (excluding Comfort Footbar). Warranty void if used in commercial settings.
Steel or Wood Combo Chair
- Lifetime warranty on metal frame and welding.
- 90-day warranty on upholstery.
- Two-year warranty on all other components.
Ladder Barrel
- Lifetime warranty on frame components and welding.
- 90-day warranty on upholstery.
- Two-year warranty on all other components.
Wood Tower or Aluminum Tower
- Lifetime warranty on frame components and welding.
- 90-day warranty on upholstery.
- One-year warranty on straps and spring clips.
- Two-year warranty on all other components.
Spine Corrector, Spine Corrector 3 in 1, Spine Supporter, Triangle, Arc & Hollow Arc
- 90-day warranty on upholstery.
- Two-year warranty on all other components.
Wall Board and Wall Unit
- One-year warranty on straps and spring clips.
- Two-year warranty on all other components.
Fabric & Upholstery
- 90-day warranty against normal wear.
- Does not cover cuts, burns, stains, soiling, pet damage, damage from abrasive, corrosive or chemical cleaners, or other unreasonable use. If identical fabric is unavailable, an equivalent fabric will be provided.
