5. Complete Setup: The technician will install your Pilates equipment.

Note: Our installation service is separate from delivery. Installation is scheduled after the successful delivery of your item.

Service Details

• Flat Fee: $299 for the installation of one piece of equipment.
• Large Installations: For multiple equipment setups (e.g., for schools or gyms), please contact us for a personalized quote.
• Limitations: Waste removal is not included. Technicians cannot move equipment up flights of stairs or over long distances.

• Cancellation and Refunds: We reserve the right to cancel and refund the installation service if the delivery address is in a remote location or involves challenging access (e.g., higher floors or basements with stairs and turns).
• Third-Party Service: Professional assembly is performed by third-party companies. Pilates Elegance is not liable for any losses, damages, issues, or inconveniences caused by these installers/movers.
• Insurance Coverage: Any damage caused by installers/movers will be covered by their insurance. In the unlikely event of damage, Pilates Elegance will handle the insurance claim on your behalf and work diligently to resolve the issue as soon as possible.
